Targets are great for us to have but in order to thrive in our journey to achieve these goals we have to work on all facets of ourselves and our students.
When we focus on our own wellbeing we also benefit the students, as we can better support their wellbeing as well.

  • The concepts: Happiness & Values, Strengths, Mindset & Praise, Grit & Effort, Emotions and Self-talk

Culture Creation

Does your school have the culture you want?
Is your environment one that truly reflects your values or is it controlled by negativity, a lack of drive and differing values.
How do you create the culture that works for your school? We can work through your ideal culture, what it looks like now and how we achieve your desired state.

In this session we will cover:

  • Cultivating the strengths and mindset to grow and build
