It happens to all of us, this stage where we’re not sure how to move forward, to keep growing. But, if we actively focus on our emotions, strengths and mindset, it helps us to bring ourselves back into sync and find our momentum.

In this session, I will guide you through these concepts and other key ideas to help you find your momentum and live your best life.

Thriving Parents, Flourishing Children: Developing Mindsets

Do you want to support your child in building a growth mindset?

When we consciously praise our children on effort and support them in using growth based language, we give them the tools to take on new situations with resilience and confidence. There are times when our children mimic our response to certain events, tasks or subjects and sometimes that helps them and other times it might create a fixed mindset for them. But when we actively use language that supports their growth, we give them the language to create new pathways in the brain.

During this session we will discuss emotions and the strategies involved in managing them not only for your children but for yourself.
